100 Point ID

If you have never rented property before, you may feel caught in the middle.

Many first-time tenants worry that because they cannot prove a rental history, they will not be able to rent a property. Fortunately, every tenant has been a first-time renter and there are a number of things you can do to strengthen your application.

We are mainly concerned with an applicant’s ability to pay the rent, as well as their ability to take care of the property and comply with the terms and conditions of the lease.

When making an application to lease a property with First Fusion, you must provide us with copies of identification for verifying your identity. The point system we use is similar to those used in financial institutions.

Application WILL NOT BE ACEPTED until a minimum of 100 points have been provided.

Please tick (√) the documents that you have provided copies for verification.
